What if I am not satisfied with the product?


If your order is not satisfied, we can issue a full refund for your order. To do this, simply follow the instructions above to return your order to us.


How to return the product?


Place the product (s) to be returned in suitable packaging.

Send an e-mail to contact.shoppingdeals@gmail.com, mentioning the reason for the return, the product (s) you wish to return, and those you wish to receive in return if it is an exchange, or the amount reimbursement.

Take the carton to your post office. Use a delivery slip with registered mail.

Keep the proof of deposit duly completed and stamped by the postal service.

Your exchange or refund will be processed within 72 hours after receipt of your package. You will receive an email when the refund or exchange is made.

How much is the return shipping cost?


You will be billed for the return of your package at the rates in effect at the Post Office. Namely, in order to guarantee quality service, we only receive registered returns.
